Directors' Shareholdings
Juliet Davenport, a Director and Chief Executive of Good Energy Group PLC, has today acquired 5,000 ordinary 5p shares in the company at 60p per share by way of an open market purchase. This purchase has increased her shareholding to 279,702 shares, being 4.14 per cent of the total shares in issue. John Sellers, a Director and Non Executive Chairman of Good Energy Group PLC, has today acquired 10,000 ordinary 5p shares in the company at 60p per share by way of an open market purchase. This purchase has increased his shareholding to 781,297 shares, being 11.57 per cent of the total shares in issue.
