NOTIFICATION OF INCREASED SHAREHOLDING
The Directors of Good Energy Group PLC ("the Company") announce that they have been notified of a purchase of shares by Clarke Willmott Trust Corporation Limited ("CWTC"), the Trustee of the Good Energy Group Employee Benefit Trust. CWTC purchased 29,930 shares of the Company on the 23rd and 24th October 2008, on the open market at average price of 65.5 pence per share. The total number of shares in issue is 7,816,767 and this purchase increases CWTC's holding to 945,430 shares, being 12.09 per cent of the total shares in issue.
