Result of AGM/Director's Shareholding
Bristol based Good Energy Group PLC, the renewable energy investment company, held its AGM today, with all resolutions being passed. Following permission granted by the board, Juliet Davenport, Chief Executive of Good Energy Group PLC, has acquired a further 11,585 shares in Good Energy at 80p per share in a private transaction, increasing her holding to 274,702 shares.
